Cabins at Rocky Top offers you a place in the country where you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The homes are made for comfort and energy efficiency. The rooms are spacious and you will find premium upgrades throughout. For example, you will see the that outlets are equipped with USB ports, we included amenities like this with you in mind. The kitchen has recessed lighting over the countertops. The custom tile work in the master bath brings a touch a of elegance and the large porch is made for enjoying beautiful weather. Best of all, our rentals include utilities paid! We can't wait to show you what you are coming home to!
Cabins @ Rocky Top does not discriminate against residents or prospective residents based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Cabins @ Rocky Top does, however, require favorable credit, an unblemished criminal and previous housing background check and a monthly income three times the monthly rent. For more information contact the office directly and a leasing agent can answer any additional questions.
The security deposit is a minimum of $1900. Details can be discussed with a leasing agent at the community. Unlike the application fee, the security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you the month after you move out less any costs associated with damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent.
Cabins @ Rocky Top has a 12-month lease commitment. Please speak with a leasing agent at the community about your specific needs.
Furry friends are welcome at Cabins at Rocky Top. Please keep in mind that there are no fenced yards and temporary fencing of any kind is not allowed.
There is a two pet limit.
A non refundable pet deposit for the first pet is $300. The second pet is $150.
Monthly Pet Rent of $20 for the first pet and $15 for the second pet.
Records of vaccinations are required
